Running Analysis
We use computer 2-D video software that can assess the way athletes run. With the recommended proper running form, you get the right footwear, as well as any needs for foot orthotics

Run Through the Lights
Run Through the Lights is a fun run hosted by Gazelle Sports and Kalamazoo Area Runners through downtown Kalamazoo. This event is an un-timed, non-competitive 2.4 mile run/walk where everyone is welcome.
