The team at this location is top notch! I have been to other therapy offices and the care I received here has been the best! Clean and spacious environment.  Kind and friendly front desk staff. The people at Armor Physical Therapy did a great job during my rehabilitation for a total hip replacement. Jake, Maddie, Charles, Katelyn, and Susan were a joy to work with during a time I needed extra motivation to get my body back to working condition. Armor Physical Therapy is the BEST!  The clinic has a positive and welcoming atmosphere.  From the moment I first walked in and was welcomed by Susan, I knew I was in the right place.    Katelynn is an outstanding physical therapist: dedicated, perceptive, and determined to help her patients achieve their goals.  She listens attentively, pushes when needed, and has the knowledge and experience to provide focused and individualized care.  Thanks to her skill, guidance and encouragement, I achieved significant improvement in strength and mobility. I worked with some amazing and talented people, especially Jake! He is so patient and understanding and encouraging. He really cares about you as a person and wants to help you achieve your goals! He helped me to get stronger and relieve my pain which was something I really didn’t think could happen for me. He did all of this with the help of his amazing team, Susan( who always greets you with a beautiful smile), Katelyn( an amazing physical therapist that evaluated me to see what my needs were) Maddie ( a very sweet and helpful technician that helped me in my journey and Charles (who was really tough on me and made me sweat!! He wasn’t too tough, but just right, he was also very caring and encouraging and gave me helpful hints!;) I was so lucky to work with everyone, but I have to say, “Jake  was my favorite, he Rocks!!! I’ve been dealing with neck pain for the last three years and gone to a couple other therapy places and it just didn’t seem to work. My wife was going to armor therapy and she suggested that I should try these individuals out. She said They are doing great with her therapy. So I decide to give them a shot and it was the best thing I’ve done. I haven’t felt like this in four years.. I was amazed on the care that I was getting from PT stuff to massages. This PT Team is fantastic! Jake is amazing!  Not only are they very knowledgeable in teaching their patient's how to get and stay strong, they do it with kindness, respect, a sense of humor and with true compassion!  This group "sincerely cares" about their patients!  They treat you like you're part of the family!  (And, this is in addition to being great communicators, efficient insurance billing, flexible with scheduling, etc. etc.) This group will give you high quality care in everything they do and you will love coming to this Physical Therapy center!  ( I am a Registered Nurse and my standards are set high when it comes to "quality healthcare!") You will indeed have a 100% positive experience with this Physical Therapy Team! I went to Armor for PT  after a shoulder replacement.  I am an old guy so have had my share of therapy in the past to compare with and this was the best experience across the board.  I worked with the whole team but primarily with Jake who pushed me while making sure I was progressing and using the proper technique.  They all worked together in a fun atmosphere. Katelynn and Charles share their knowledge by demonstrating and giving us typed instructions for home exercise. While there they give us targeted exercises to promote healing of injured muscles, fascia, etc. sometimes it is difficult to count repetitions when music is playing, which knocks off my counting of repetitions. Had a total right knee replacement on 11/03/25. Checked in with my local Armor physical therapy location in Richland,Mi. Very professional check in.
