Great experience with Jesus, Audrey and everyone else on the staff. I went there for sciatic back pain and could hardly walk. After 6+ weeks of appointments I feel stronger than when I got hurt and more aware of what my body needs to stay strong. I cannot say enough good things about Armor! I have used them for multiple injuries over the years and the care has always been exceptional.  Gabby, Beth, and Jesus are amazing. They know each of the patients and meet each person's needs on a very individualized basis. It is nice to know that I am not just a number or injury. They are all extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at their jobs. I am so blessed to have them! Thank you to all of the Armor Plainwell staff for your amazing care! If your body feels like it was put together by IKEA instructions found in a dark alley, Armor Physical Therapy is the sanctuary you didn’t know you needed. Walking in is a breeze thanks to Sam at the front desk, who greets you with a level of warmth and cheerfulness that feels borderline suspicious at 8:00 AM, but is genuinely wonderful. She’ll have you checked in and laughing before you even realize you're about to suffer. Then comes the treatment room, where Jesus literally works miracles. I’m not saying he’s turning water into wine, but he is turning agonizing lower-back flare-ups into actual, functional movement. Call it divine intervention or stellar biomechanical knowledge—either way, the man is a wizard. And let’s not forget the new tech, Jack, who is the epitome of professionalism. He guides you through your exercises with sharp focus, expert form correction, and just enough gentle encouragement to keep you from abandoning ship and rolling out the door. I highly recommend Armor Physical Therapy. In April I had a total ankle replacement. My doctor recommended physical therapy. After first appointment with Armor I meant with Audrey for evaluation and she created a plan. With in my 12 weeks I worked with Audrey, Haley, Jesus and Beth. All of the therapists are wonderful people, as well as all of the techs and administrators. They all make the atmosphere light, cheery, and fun (well, at least as fun as suffering and torture can be for the patient 😂). They all demonstrate knowledge in PT and they all are true professionals. They are all genuine in their concern for their patients and they always take time to ask how things are going and how we are feeling. You cannot help but feel cared for by this group of people. As a repeated patient, (yes, I am falling apart) thank you to Beth, Aaron, Chloe, Aley, Gabi, Jesus, Audrey, Sam and all the techs and students for all that you have done to help, not only me, but the many people you see day in and day out to help improve our quality of life. In conclusion, I would kind of recommend the Plainwell location for all of your PT needs. Armor Physical Therapy in Plainwell is an incredible place!! All of the staff is amazing and so kind! This is my third round of PT at this location and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else! I came to Armor desperate for help and unsure if it was possible to feel normal again. The therapist have been excellent, even the ones not working directly with me, they are all willing to give suggestions or a positive comment. The entire staff is very professional. I worked mainly with Alea. She was great to work with, always attentive to the details. She was very patient, taking time to adapt my program to fit my concerns. I highly recommend Armor in Plainwell, they were wonderful in helping me get back to my busy life again after my Total knee replacement. A very friendly and professional staff that motivated me and encouraged me, even on days I wasn’t doing so well.  They kept me going with good humor and praise for every little victory.  Ultimately, I “graduated” greatly improved, managing my Parkinson’s symptoms with better strength and coordination!  Thank you all!  It was a pleasure working with each of you!
