I like the way the physical therapist answer my questions. I feel I am find more about myself. I am going in the right direction.

Armor PT is the full service place to go for physical therapy needs. Every person that I have come into contact with is professional and courteous and helpful. Nate really helped to look at the “whole” picture when I came in for my knee and was able to discern that my back was also involved so gave me several exercises that helped my whole body work well. Sarah was able to change how I did an exercise so that it produced less pain and still had the desired results of strengthening and supporting my knee. Kara and Nate were masters at massaging out muscles that were so ridiculously painful when I came in and I was able to walk out without much pain after every visit! Matt at the front is so aware of all that’s happening and even knew my name on the second visit and every time since! I feel like they truly care about me as a person and not just a customer.

The team is INCREDIBLE at the Kalamazoo clinic! They truly care about each person getting the best possible care. They work together to help one another as needed AND they have fun with one another and their patients! BIG Shout out to Stefany for her consistent patience and diligence in making sure that each person she works with understands the “why” behind the exercises and how they help with the recovery process! She is a gem! I would highly recommend the Kalamazoo Clinic!

I’ve been going to armor pt for about 6 months now and I can’t say enough positive things about this place! From the staff at the front desk to all the PTs I interact with everyone always has a smile on their face and filling the room with good vibes and laughter. I am dreading the day I have to stop going! If anyone is looking for a place where you will be heard and helped this is the place!

Absolutely love Armor! Every appointment has been thorough and comfortable. Both their office staff and their physical therapists are kind, professional, and inefficient. We have had no issues at all with them, especially with dealing with insurance, which is usually a nightmare. Highly recommend! Especially Mari and Cara.

Stefanie Schiller is the best PT around. She’s astonishingly competent and full of compassion and patience. If you want a PT who will listen to you, really listen, she’s your PT.

I have had multiple therapists and they have all been so wonderful. They have a great community within the Kalamazoo office. It is always a pleasure to go. They do such a wonderful job adjusting exercises to how I’m feeling that day. If anything arises they are happy to answer questions and do their best to help. The front desk (Matt) is incredible too. He always greats me when I walk in and is always a smiling face. Thank you to all the staff at Kalamazoo Armor for all you have done to help me through my ACL reconstruction recovery!

I am very satisfied with my experience at Armor PT in Kalamazoo. My therapist is Stefany. She is amazing. I have done a lot of PT in my life and this is the first time where I have felt like my concerns were heard and I wasnt pushed too hard. She is so kind and makes therapy something I look forward to doing. I can see the improvements in my strength and functioning since coming here. Especially because I have EDS, so PT is a slow journey for me. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was pleasantly surprised to find everyone so welcoming, but the best part was the relief I felt after my initial evaluation. Nathan showed me an exercise that actually reduced my back pain immediately. Grateful to report that I was able to stop taking daily Tylenol and am highly motivated to continue my exercises.
